Randy and Derek get together on this week’s episode bemoan the lack of action thus far in MLB’s offseason. The hot stove is ice cold while other leagues, namely the NBA’s offseason, have taken front and center. Still, there are Yankees-related things to break down, such as Gleyber Torres’s viability at shortstop and how to address middle infield depth (even after bringing in Francisco Lindor or DJ LeMahieu). There’s also the Yankees’ starting pitching depth to analyze and the question of how much of it is actually necessary.
