Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders is off today. They are 64-49 and hold a 6.0 game lead in their division. Their magic number to clinch the division is 22.

Double-A Trenton Thunder is also off and start a home series with Bowie this week. They are 59-53 and won the first-half division title, so they will play postseason baseball this year.

    Schmidt should get to right around 100 innings this year (he’s at 68 currently). That would be a nice development, if he can get there.
