DoTF: Nolan Martinez guides RiverDogs to shutout win

Notes

  • The Trentonian’s Greg Johnson wrote a nice profile of Thunder INF Hoy Jun Park. Johnson touches on when Park was an international prospect, how he’s adapted to professional ball in a new country and his play for the Thunder.
  • After his strong start yesterday, Tarpons T RHP Garrett Whitlock made MiLB.com’s prospect roundup. Included in that roundup is yet another player in the Rays organization with the last name “Lowe.” No word on how to pronounce that.

Good to see Nolan Martinez doing well. A good prospect.

As for Didi, still not sure why they don’t give him a little more time ’till his bat comes around. Hopefully it clicks in the next couple games. Coming back from surgery and having your Spring Training in June against pitchers in mid-season form is a challenge.

    • Your a Looser Trader FotD

Yeah. Especially when it’s not like we have glaring holes in the infield at the moment.
