Good pitching and just enough offense propelled the Renegades to a 3-2 win over Wilmington (box score).

Single-A Tampa Tarpons

The Tarpons beat Palm Beach 8-3 in a rain-shortened six-plus innings (box score). As such, they were unable to play the second game of a scheduled doubleheader.
