Anyone know why Voit was not in any of the games? Planned day off during rehab, or a day to get back with the major league team?

Nice to see Andujar playing well. With Ford a total void at 1B and Gio possibly ailing at 3B, I could see Andujar as an option for the ML roster. That is especially true if he looks potentially playable in defense at 3B and in the outfield. (his future seems to also hinge a bit on whether Gardy can get it going since Miggy could be an option in LF if Gardy ends up looking like toast all season)

    1. Really like Volpe. His hitting was really coming around before he got mono in ’19
    2. Miggy! I think the manager said he’s trying to have him stay at the same position for multiple days in a row, so we’ll have to see if he stays at 1B and/or 3B tmrw.
    3. I saw Alek Manoah pitch in Triple-A for the Jays tonight and…uh oh. He’s good.

Great stuff as always, Bobby (and Derek was great yesterday too!)

Same! I left him off my most-watched list because I am a dumb ass and thought the year off might hurt him, but hasn’t been the case yet. Hope he continues to mash. And yes, Davis did say that about position. Curious where Andújar plays tonight.
